David A. King is the founder and CEO of KING GLOBAL HOLDINGS, LLC (KGH)—an investment and management company focused on businesses that prioritize sustainable practices. KGH works across sectors including food and beverage, crop production, and consumer packaged goods (CPG), with a strong emphasis on carbon-neutral or carbon-negative solutions.

The company leverages natural resources such as animal and plant byproducts, biochar, and industrial hemp fiber to support innovations in food, feed, fiber, plant nutrition, soil enrichment, beverages, textiles, and more.

KGH’s standout venture? A specialty shell egg business that’s earned national recognition.

Bob Pankey is a strategic and results-driven food industry executive with extensive experience leading innovation, product development, and commercialization across a diverse range of categories and channels. With a proven track record of developing and launching over 250 new products and managing more than 30 external manufacturing partnerships, Bob brings deep expertise in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments.

Throughout his career, Bob has delivered measurable impact by developing over ten food brands, reducing ingredient and manufacturing costs by more than $18 million, and managing teams of over 85 associates. His leadership spans production optimization, cost reduction, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end project management. He has worked with both multinational corporations and emerging natural food companies, including ConAgra, Nestlé’s Hot Pockets, Udi’s Gluten Free Foods, Van’s Waffles, Better Butter, and Caesar’s Pasta.

Bob is known for his ability to drive innovation that transforms market performance while ensuring operational excellence and profitability. His cross-functional experience encompasses frozen, refrigerated, and shelf-stable product categories, with expertise in gluten-free, organic, and processed meat formulations for retail, foodservice, club, and e-commerce channels.

Jane Browe is the owner of Noumea Strategic Solutions, a firm focused on developing new markets for its clients. Jane and the team of Noumea Strategic Solutions serve multiple industries with emphasis on health and wellness, and particular focus on the needs of health and wellness at home for both patients and caregivers.

With a foundation in classical sales and marketing experience, Jane has developed her career with leadership responsibilities spanning a variety of industries, such as Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Agriculture/Produce, Manufacturing and Non-Profits, among others. She has held leadership positions with organizations of all sizes from entrepreneurial start-ups to mid-size privately owned firms to Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Hillenbrand Industries, leading cross-functional, and at times, international teams in growth and development initiatives.

Jane is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and her Masters in Communications degrees. She holds a certificate from the Center for Creative Leadership in Foundations of Leadership. As her career progresses and evolves, Jane’s focus is on initiatives centered on the environment and sustainability.


Frank Marx

Mr. Marx has more than 30 years of experience as a C-level officer for lower middle market companies and has been a strategy consultant with leading global consulting firms as well as a senior executive in multiple roles with global enterprises. Mr. Marx’s financial expertise spans traditional CFO  responsibilities, including financial accounting and controls, back-office administration and management at an executive level, financial reporting, transaction structuring, valuation, negotiation and post transaction implementation, including significant merger integration experience.

His strategy experience includes engagements with more than 50 clients over a 25 year independent consulting career, where he developed and assisted in implementing strategic initiatives that have resulted in more than $250 million in enterprise value creation. 

His financial transaction experience includes leading and/or supporting capital raising activities that have secured more than $10 million in early-stage investment across 10 different enterprises. He has extensive experience leading and managing M&A transactions as a senior officer, investment banker and as investment principal - having successfully completed more than 30 transactions over his career.
